update...update December update

wow....where did the past 4 months go. To summarize in a nutshell...a challenge.... but must be done for all those wondering where is Jennie and what is she doing. Although I may not talk with you regularly I often think of those I've shared life with over the past 29 years.

After 2 months of random on call nanny jobs I've finally got 2 regular consistent nanny jobs. Watching 2 boys on Coronado Island which gives me awesome glimpses of the Navy and keeping me on my toes and 3 precious girls full of drama and while enjoying lots of crafts. As always I'm learning lots being a part time mommy not only for parenting sake but the Holy Spirit shows me so many things about God's relationship with us.

The past months have yet again taken me to deeper tests of my character revealing to me how much i'm really walking out what I learn and obtain from Him; whether it be during worship or just spending time in His word or with Him. Knowing and doing really are two differ things and living out the Fruit of the Spirit does not happen over night. This past year has really giving me perspective on how life really is a PROCESS..which means I have all my life to learn, experience, grow and walk through different things, even dreams.

More recently I have been pursuing development of my business plans. As I began to pursue one idea "ya know the icecream one" i kept reminding myself to go at God's timing. Then lo and behold the past few weeks a light bulb has gone on and I find myself walking into one of my other business ideas. Literally daily I have been approached for work in the past few weeks and have compiled a list of clients. It's felt like it's fallen right in my lap. So folks the Jennie of All Trades business is starting to take flight. So my next step is to raise up "mini me's" to go and serve others whether it be through childcare, personal assistance, home organizing, event/party coordinating, etc. So please keep me in your prayers as this unfolds. I'm continuing to ask God to favor me with people to pour into me as a successful business woman.

I'm still living with a lady whom I work for in exchange for a room but believing God for my own space. I am so ready to have a place to call "my home" and bring my guests in and immerse myself in yet another role as Ms. Hospitality. I so can't wait!

I've had the opportunity to lead worship a few times and am looking forward to picking my guitar up more frequently for I can feel a well of songs getting ready to come out.

Despite the ups and downs of what I've been through the past few months God has been faithful in providing for all my needs an for that I can't complain. Although I can't always be surrounded by the comforts I desire, I know that perseverance produces character and my character is what will carry me through to success in the eyes of the Lord.
If you happen to be in the San Diego area please don't hesitate to connect with me. Loving the Lord one day at a time with great expectancy to see the Kingdom of God expand.
